LETTER OF CONTRACT AWARD
We are pleased to advise you that PT. Karya Adya Putra (hereinafter referred to as “the Contractor”) is
awarded the Contract for the Direct Contract Works (hereinafter referred to as “the Contract”) for the
Hardscape Works to Town House Development - Grand Kawanua International City at Manado, North
Sulawesi (hereinafter referred to as “the Works”) by PT. Wenang Permai Sentosa (hereinafter referred to
as “The Employer”) all in accordance with the Contract Documents as defined herein and subject to the
terms and conditions included in this Letter of Contract Award.
The Award is based on the following provisions:-
1.0 Contract Works
1.1. The Contract for the Hardscape Works shall be the detail design, supply, install and maintenance of
the Hardscape Works as described in and accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract
Documents comprising the Contract Specifications, Contract Drawings and Contract Bill of
Quantities or as subsequently amended by correspondence forming part of the Contract Documents.
